Mr. Warren began diving commercially in 1972 as he ventured into the new sea urchin business off the Southern California coast. That same year he found his first shipwreck; an English merchant ship which sank at Santa Cruz Is.

Over the years Mr. Warren has run several salvage companies. He is well versed in all aspects of the business and he is also an author and lecturer.
